Services Eligibility
Services at Blue Diamond Tattoo Studio, including tattoos and piercings, are exclusively available to individuals aged 18 and over. By booking a service, clients affirm they meet this age requirement.

Health and Safety
Prior to receiving any service, clients must sign a release form that outlines specific health and safety protocols. These protocols are designed to ensure the well-being of both clients and staff.

Bookings and Payments

• Deposits: A deposit is required to secure a booking after the consultation. The amount and terms of the deposit will be agreed upon during the consultation.

• Payments: We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Full payment terms, including any deposit deductions, will be clarified during the booking process.

Artwork and Design

• Clients have the opportunity to approve artwork and designs during their consultation. We welcome clients to bring their own designs, subject to approval by our artists.

• Artwork and design preferences should be communicated clearly to ensure satisfaction with the final result.

Aftercare and Follow-ups

• Aftercare instructions are provided in person and through our booking platform, LineWork.

• Follow-up appointments or touch-ups are assessed on a case-by-case basis, with the aim of ensuring client satisfaction and the integrity of the artwork.

Gift Cards and Promotions
Gift cards are available for purchase both in-person and online. These cards can be used towards any service or merchandise offered by Blue Diamond Tattoo Studio.

User-Generated Content
While we do not have specific policies governing user-generated content (reviews, photos, etc.), we ask that all content shared respects the privacy and experiences of others. Content governance is subject to the platform's own policies where it is posted.
